RevLeak — Shopify revenue leakage scanner
RevLeak is a Shopify app that helps merchants scan their store for signs of revenue leakage (for example unfulfilled paid orders, failed payments, shipping discrepancies, and optional paid checks for discounts and app subscriptions). This policy describes how we handle information when you use the app.
To provide RevLeak, we access Shopify store data only as permitted by the permissions you grant when you install the app. That may include, depending on your plan and features, data such as orders, shipping lines, discounts, and app billing information needed to run the scans you request.
We use this data to show results inside the app and, where offered, to generate summaries. We do not sell your data.
We store only what is needed to operate the app (for example session and configuration data, and audit results you generate). We use industry-standard practices appropriate to our hosting environment to protect that information.
If you use features that rely on external services (such as AI-powered summaries), only the minimum information required to provide that feature is sent to those services, subject to their terms and privacy policies.
You may uninstall the app at any time. Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks help us process customer and shop data requests as required. For questions about your data, contact us using the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” indication will reflect material changes when we post them.
